Participating in fairs and festivals of cachaça, there was an intolerance on the part of young people (male and female public) who when tasting the drink, very full-bodied and with a high alcohol content, expressed on their faces the traditional “grimace”, thus demonstrating the feeling that something was not going well. Therefore, the idea was to produce a lighter and smoother cachaça. That is why the name “Cachaça Erva Doce”.
In 1999, Erva Doce was launched in the national market and in 2019 in the international market. Thus, providing greater visibility of our brand and allowing the number of fans to become increasingly larger.
